WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
We offer a 30-day return period, starting from the day your order is received. During this time, you may return your item(s) without needing to provide a reason. However, returns must be initiated and shipped back within this 30-day window.
Return Conditions
- Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition, with all original tags still attached.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.
- Please contact us before returning any item to initiate the return or exchange process.
- Returns sent without prior contact will not be accepted.
- To begin your return, email us through the CONTACT menu and include "RETURN" in the subject line, along with your Order #.
- Please attach a clear photo of the item you wish to return in your email. This helps us verify the condition and speed up the return approval process.
- Once the return has been shipped,please send us the tracking number. This allows us to monitor the return and ensures smooth and timely processing of your refund.
- Ensure your order number is included when requesting a return to allow smooth handling.
- Once the item is received and inspected, eligible refunds will be processed within 48 hours.
Important Notes
- Return shipping costs are not covered by us.
- We only provide free shipping on original orders, not for returns.
- All return shipments must include tracking. Customers are responsible for sending us the tracking details once the package has been dispatched.
- We are not responsible for lost or undelivered return packages. A tracked shipping method is strongly recommended.
CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGE MY ORDER?
We understand that circumstances may change. Our team begins preparing orders immediately to ensure fast and efficient delivery, which means many orders are forwarded to the warehouse shortly after payment.
Order Cancellation
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as quickly as possible and we will make every effort to assist. Cancellation cannot be guaranteed once processing or shipping has begun. In such cases, the order cannot be stopped, and a return would need to be initiated after the item is delivered.
Order Changes
If you need to make changes to your order—such as updating the size, color, quantity, or shipping information—please reach out to us promptly. Adjustments can be made only if the order has not advanced too far in the processing stage. Once an order is being prepared for shipment or has been dispatched, changes are no longer possible, and a return may be required after delivery.

To prevent any issues, we encourage customers to carefully review all details before completing payment. If the item(s) received are not to your preference, you may return them within 30 days.
